| Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Officers Association The Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Officers Association was chartered on April 7, 1986 with 22 charter members. There were an additional 24 members admitted, making 46 total, before charter membership was closed. The Association meets every other month for one afternoon. We also have a three day workshop and a four day annual conference each year.
